Event Planner

  • Location: Vancouver, BC

    What You’ll Do:
    As an Event Planner, you’ll organize, coordinate, and execute corporate, social, and private events from start to finish. Responsibilities include managing client consultations, booking venues, coordinating vendors, designing event layouts, and overseeing event logistics on the day of execution. You’ll ensure that every event runs smoothly, stays within budget, and meets or exceeds client expectations.

    Requirements:

    • Diploma or degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field

    • Proven experience in planning and managing events

    • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills

    • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

    • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

    • Familiarity with event software or CRM tools is an asset

    Compensation:
     Salary Range: CAD $45,000 – $65,000 per year, depending on experience and employer.
