Job Summary
We are hiring strong and hardworking Construction Helpers to support residential, commercial, and infrastructure construction projects across Canada. This role is suitable for candidates willing to perform physical work and assist skilled tradespeople on construction sites. Selected candidates may be considered by employers offering LMIA-supported work opportunities, subject to Canadian immigration regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist skilled workers such as carpenters, electricians, and masons
Carry and load construction materials and tools
Mix cement, prepare sites, and clean work areas
Set up and remove temporary structures and safety barriers
Follow safety rules and wear protective equipment
Support daily construction activities as instructed by supervisors
Requirements
No formal education required
Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials
Willingness to work outdoors in different weather conditions
Basic English communication preferred
Previous construction or labor work experience is an advantage but not mandatory
Salary & Benefits
Hourly Wage: CAD $18 – $26 per hour (depending on location and employer)
Overtime pay as per Canadian labor laws
On-site safety training provided
