Job Summary
We are hiring compassionate and responsible Caregivers / Support Workers to assist elderly individuals, patients, and people with daily living needs across Canada. This role is suitable for candidates who are patient, caring, and interested in working in the healthcare support sector. Selected candidates may be considered by employers offering LMIA-supported work opportunities, subject to Canadian immigration regulations.
Key Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility

Help with meal preparation and feeding when required

Provide companionship and emotional support

Maintain cleanliness of living areas and patient surroundings

Remind and assist with medications as per guidelines

Report health or safety concerns to supervisors or family members
Requirements

Basic education preferred

Basic English communication skills

Caring and patient attitude towards clients

Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting or assisting patients

Previous caregiving or healthcare support experience is an advantage but not mandatory

In some cases, short training or certification may be required by employer
Salary & Benefits

Hourly Wage: CAD $18 – $28 per hour (depending on province, employer, and experience)
