Job Summary
We are hiring hardworking and reliable Farm Workers for crop farms, dairy farms, and agricultural facilities across Canada. This role is suitable for candidates willing to work outdoors and perform physical tasks in agricultural environments. Selected candidates may be considered by employers offering LMIA-supported or Seasonal Agricultural Worker Program (SAWP) positions, subject to Canadian immigration regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Planting, harvesting, and packing crops
- Sorting and grading fruits and vegetables
- Feeding and caring for farm animals (on dairy or poultry farms)
- Cleaning farm areas and equipment
- Following safety and hygiene standards
- Supporting supervisors with daily farm operations
Requirements
- No formal education required
- Physically fit and able to work long hours outdoors
- Willingness to work in different weather conditions
- Basic English communication preferred
- Previous farm or agricultural experience is an advantage but not mandatory
Salary & Benefits
- Hourly Wage: CAD $16 – $22 per hour (depending on province and employer)
- Overtime pay as per labor laws
- Seasonal and full-time positions available
- In some cases, shared accommodation may be arranged by employer (as per rules)
